University of Baltimore Urban Agriculture Lab
Located on a major corridor, this lobby renovation creates a striking visual presence with an accent feature wall. The project replaced interior finishes and the existing security desk to provide an updated aesthetic that is in keeping with the international style architecture. The lobby lighting is choreographed to transform the elevator core into a glowing volume clad in red perforated metal panels. New landscaping and seating space is provided outside to enhance the street presence while providing space for rest and meeting. The parklet has a shelving to create an open library for tenants and the community.
