Tune-up City Renovation

Tune-Up City restored an abandoned carriage maintenance facility to become a retail and office building to serve the local community. The approach restored the historic facade and revised the interior configuration. The project also restored the roof structure and upgrading building systems. The project was done in pursuit of historic tax credits with the Maryland Historic Trust.
